"Canceling was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
The products themselves were totally fine, but managing the subscription was a headache. I just wanted to cancel, which feels like a basic request, but it wasn’t straightforward at all. The account page was confusing, and I ended up having to contact support more than once. It felt like my request kept getting overlooked, which was really frustrating

"Clean ingredients, but communication could be clearer"
I’ve been using their soursop products for a little while now, and the ingredient list is the main reason I like them. I don’t see a bunch of weird fillers, and it feels cleaner than a lot of other supplements I’ve tried. The packaging was fine too. My only annoyance was that some of the communication wasn’t super clear, so I had to kind of figure things out myself. Still, I’ll probably order again

I ordered from Soursop Nutrition and the shipping was quicker then I thought it would be. My package showed up in just a few days, and the tracking updated fine enough so I wasn’t really worried once it got moving.

The only reason I’d say 4 stars is because it did take a little while before I got the first shipping email, so I was kinda wondering if my order even went through. But after that everything moved fast and it arrived with no problems.

"I don’t really get why people would..."
I don’t really get why people would call this site sketchy, because it looked legit in my experience. The info was clear, nothing jumped out as weird, and I felt like I knew what I was looking at. Obviously I’d still double-check the shipping and return details before ordering, but that’s just common sense. Overall, it seems fine to me. Four stars

I ordered from Soursop Nutrition for the price, it was better than I expected. The cost felt fair, and the product actually lasted me longer than I thought it would, like, I figured I’d run through it quickly, but nope. Shipping was fine too, nothing weird or annoying happened. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I tried it out not really knowing what to expect, but right away it tasted super fresh. After a bit, I could tell it was strong too, in a good way. everything was solid and I don’t really have anything to complain about...

"Works well so far"
I’ve been taking these soursop capsules for a few weeks, and I do feel a little better overall. My energy seems a bit better and I’m not as bloated after eating, which has been nice. It’s definitely not some overnight miracle or anything, and the extra hype around supplements like this can feel unnecessary, but I have noticed a small difference. Shipping was fine too. I’m giving it 4 stars because I think it helps, I just wish the bottle lasted a little longer

I was a little cautious trying the soursop flavor because I didn’t want something overly sweet or weird-tasting, but it was surprisingly good. It has a nice flavor and is easy to drink. There’s a slight earthy aftertaste, so I’d probably start with one first before stocking up, but overall I liked it more than I expected.

I ordered from Soursop Nutrition and ended up needing to return one item because I got the wrong size/pack compared to what I thought I was ordering.

The return process was, uh, straightforward. Support got back to me after about a day or so, not lightning fast or anything, but they were helpful and sent over what I needed.

The refund showed up after around a week. I would’ve liked it a little sooner, but overall it wasn’t a bad experience.

I got annoyed using this site. It was harder than it should’ve been to find the products I wanted, and then checkout kept glitching or acting weird right when I was trying to finish my order. What made it worse was feeling like there are all these little policy loopholes that make things more confusing than helpful, especially when you’re just trying to buy something and move on
